A prosperous future for all
His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince and Prime Minster, has affirmed the importance of further strengthening GCC co-operation to create a more prosperous future for all.
He emphasised the importance of building on the GCC’s efforts in line with the far-reaching goals and aspirations of its leaders as he met GCC Secretary General Jasem Al Budaiwi at Riffa Palace yesterday.
HRH Prince Salman welcomed the GCC secretary general to Bahrain, and wished him success in his endeavours.
He underscored the importance of increasing integration between the GCC countries to meet the aspirations of their citizens and consolidate global peace and development.
Mr Al Budaiwi expressed his gratitude for the opportunity to meet HRH the Crown Prince and Prime Minister and highlighted his support for the long-standing strategic partnership between member states.
Foreign Minister Dr Abdullatif Al Zayani and Cabinet Affairs Minister Hamad Al Malki also attended the meeting.
