66% of inspected garages, workshops and factories found in violation of rules
Sixty-six per cent of 87 garages, workshops and factories inspected have been found in violation of rules and regulations.
Industry, Commerce and Tourism Minister Zayed Alzayani revealed at the Cabinet's weekly session today that extensive inspections were carried out between August 11 and 26.
He added that action has been taken against all violators in co-ordination with the Interior Ministry and the Works, Municipalities Affairs and Urban Planning Ministry.
