He brings nearly two decades of experience advising leading banks and financial institutions across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. Julien specializes in large-scale transformation programs, operating model design, and regulatory initiatives, particularly within Corporate & Investment Banking and Trade Finance. He has led multiple high-impact engagements, combining strategic vision with hands-on delivery. He is also actively involved in developing TNP’s international footprint, including recent expansions in Portugal and the Middle East.
