Benoit Ranini is the President and Co-Founder of TNP Consultants, an independent European consulting firm. He leads a company of 1,000 consultants worldwide specializing in business transformation across operations, regulation, and digital.

TNP Consultants has been recognized with the Happy at Work, Tech at Work, and Happy Trainees awards, highlighting its strong culture and “Employee First” values. That commitment is also reflected in the firm’s support for its clients. TNP has won five awards over the last three editions of the Syntec Conseil Grand Prix.

Benoit brings more than 30 years of international experience in both consulting firms and IT services companies.

Before founding TNP Consultants, Benoit spent 12 years as a partner at CSC, an IT services company now known as DXC Technology, and 5 years focused on strategy and organizational performance at Bossard Consultants.
