'Prince Salman bin Hamad Medal for Medical Merit' presented to SCH honorees

Supreme Council for Health (SCH) President Lieutenant-General Dr. Shaikh Mohammed bin Abdulla Al Khalifa has stressed that the pride of HM the King in the efforts exerted by front liners as well as the tremendous support of HRH Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, represent a catalyst for the medical staff and an honour for national efforts which turned Bahrain into a health medal in dealing with the pandemic.

He hailed the royal order issued by His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa to confer the "Prince Salman bin Hamad Medal for Medical Merit", expressing thanks and gratitude for the gesture which represents an incentive to the health professionals and national efforts, led by His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister.

Dr. Shaikh Mohammed bin Abdulla Al Khalifa was speaking during a ceremony which was held to present the "Prince Salman bin Hamad Medal for Medical Merit" to the SCH personnel in implementation of the royal order and within the directives of HRH the Crown Prince and Prime Minister to all concerned frontliners, including competencies from the health sector, the Bahrain Defence Force, the Interior Ministry, and all supportive parties. 

The SCH personnel said they were honored to receive the Prince Salman bin Hamad Medal for Medical Merit and stressed it would be a great incentive to continue working in the service of the nation.
