NBB awarded best-in-class STP rates from Citi Bank

The National Bank of Bahrain (NBB) has received the Straight Through Processing (STP) Excellence Award from Citi Bank.

The awards ceremony was held at the NBB Headquarters, in the presence of Nabeel Mustafa, head of bank operations at NBB; Ali Mansoor, assistant relationship manager for corporate coverage at NBB, alongside Mohamed Al Hammadi, director of correspondent banking group and head of GCC, Pakistan and Iraq financial institutions sales at Citi.

Mr Mustafa said: “This award reiterates our commitment towards achieving the highest STP rates, allowing us to provide our customers with seamless processing, especially pertaining to payments made in USD. We are continuously evolving in line with our brand promise to provide our customers and stakeholders with the best-in-class experience.”
